Woven

Woven threads of memory heads dozens of happenings before we are dead bewitched in the window of refracted light the reflections of what's wrong or right the question of the biggest answer the movement of a static dancer the gravitated pause of hover a stilted breeze a whispered breath a repugnant perfume drifting over the sky line a fragrance that can intertwine with braided plaited cross stitched hairs resembled dozing of sleeping scares a wedded hitch a knotted thought a rejected reaction of what's long, or tight, the answer to the biggest question the stillness of a romantic chancer a masticated nauseated offer jilted wheezing weft.

I really like 'bewitched in the window of refracted light'. I think this wordplay could lead to an interesting poem.

Thanks - I definitely think I am getting some more interesting lines now that I have slowed the writing down. I took two or three lines from an earlier 'word play' and wrote my first pantoum yesterday. Not convinced that the form works but it was a challenging exercise. I'm going to post the three version of it today.
I think I will develop parts of this one too (I think the 'cross stiched hairs came from reading your sewing machine poem!).
